The MANTS was designed to simplify and reduce the adjustment of the NTS. Now the NTS is referenced once to the Needle Cylinder and all following height readjustments of the Needle with the Needle Cylinder will automatically keep the NTS in alignment.
In addition the Needle Cylinder now can be micro adjusted to lower or raise the Needle.

Needle Tip Supervision

The Needle Tip Supervision (NTS) will detect if the needle is present and make sure the needle tip is intact to prevent a broken needle from causing damage.
No Needle operation will be allowed if the NTS detects a broken needle.
